When We All Have Pocket Telephones

The comic "When We All Have Pocket Telephones" was printed first by the Daily Mirror in the UK in 1923. I think the original artist would be in awe of what modern smartphones can do (and how much time we spend on them).

While the artist clearly saw the Ting, Ting, Ting! of the phone as an inconvenience with horrible timing, the reality is smartphones are an integrated part of modern society. Love them or hate them, smartphones are the center of modern communication.

It's why a branded mobile app is so important for education communities. Parent and family engagement is vital for student success, especially when overcoming learning loss caused by the pandemic. An app can make sure your families, students, staff, and community all have the information they need—including the Ting, Ting, Ting! of push notifications, to be viewed at their convivence.
