You’ve done the work of finding the simplest method of getting your message across, now you just need your audience to download the app. We’ve talked about providing incentives when individuals download your app like a [giveaway](https://blog.schoolinfoapp.com/blog/promote-your-app-giveaway), [school swag](https://blog.schoolinfoapp.com/blog/spirit-day-surprise-0-0), [bonus points](https://blog.schoolinfoapp.com/blog/spirit-day-surprise-0-0-0-0), and [dress-down days](https://blog.schoolinfoapp.com/blog/spirit-day-surprise). Some of these incentives appeal more to students and teachers, but we want to encourage families to download your app as well. Sending emails is a crucial way to inform your families about your branded mobile app, but those emails might not always get read. The average office worker receives about [121 emails every workday](https://www.campaignmonitor.com/blog/email-marketing/shocking-truth-about-how-many-emails-sent/#:~:text=At%20a%20personal%20level%2C%20DMR,of%20value%20to%20the%20recipient). That’s a lot! And that number is predicted to increase over the next few years. Because of this, we understand that people don't always read every email that gets sent to them. Although we encourage you to still send an email to your community informing them about the app, another way to promote your app and increase downloads is to send a flyer home with students. It's easy! You just need to provide a flyer that teachers can give to each of their students to bring home to their families. The best part is that you can easily download a marketing flyer right from the dashboard where you manage your app! Better still, it will automatically be branded to your school's colors and include your logo and a QR code for easy downloading!  How to download a flyer:  1. Sign in to your dashboard 2. On the left navigation bar, navigate to the Marketing section 3. Select Documents  4.
